The Market Research Analyst has a key role in identifying potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business. Hand in hand with our CEO, you will interact with potential customers to identify relevant opportunities. On a daily basis, you will think, apply, explore, and adjust new and original ways to help our business grow.


As an important function in a growing sales team, you will have a meaningful impact on our success. By uncovering business opportunities, helping us gain deeper insights into our target clients’ needs, and further establish Empirical brand awareness among our target audience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent English (verbal and written)
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in HubSpot or similar CRM system
  • Experience working with LinkedIn
  • Experience in searching information and conducting research

Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry research in order to create leads and find both potential companies and contact people
  • Manage Empirical’s community of professionals - source and add new members, manage our online platform, post content and create value for network members, and organize community meetups and conferences
  • Monitor our process and find out what works the best as you will have the opportunity to suggest ideas and to experiment with different selling strategies
  • Work with freelancers in order to automate processes
  • Setup and continuously document sales processes on CRM
